Illegal activities

Users must not use the platform for:

AI and automated systems

Where AI-assisted features are provided:

  • Outputs are generated automatically.
  • Users remain responsible for decisions made using AI-generated information.

BaselineDriver makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions, rankings, or recommendations.

Employer responsibilities

Employers agree to:
