  • Extract applicant records

Illegal activities

Users must not use the platform for:

  • Fraud
  • Money laundering

  • Exploitation
  • Identity theft
  • Illegal recruitment practices
  • Immigration fraud

AI and automated systems

Where AI-assisted features are provided:

  • Outputs are generated automatically.
  • Users remain responsible for decisions made using AI-generated information.
  • AI recommendations should not be treated as professional, legal, employment, immigration, or regulatory advice.

BaselineDriver makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions, rankings, or recommendations.

Employer responsibilities

Employers agree to:

Reporting violations

  • Data misuse
  • Harassment
