By accessing or using BaselineDriver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BaselineDriver. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Recruiter and advertiser accounts require verification before posting jobs or advertisements. We reserve the right to decline or revoke verification.

You agree not to post false, misleading or unlawful content, to impersonate others, or to use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment and advertising.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

Recruiters are solely responsible for the accuracy of their job postings and for their hiring decisions. BaselineDriver is a platform that connects parties and is not a party to any employment relationship.

Drivers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and applications.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can manage auto-renewal from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

The BaselineDriver name, logo and platform are owned by BaselineDriver. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant us a licence to display it as needed to operate the service.

The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaselineDriver is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using BaselineDriver at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
