For drivers
How much does it cost to use BaselineDriver as a driver?
It's completely free for drivers. Create an account, build your profile, and apply to as many jobs as you like at no cost.
Do I need to complete my profile before applying?
Yes. Recruiters need your driver profile — licence type, experience and availability — to review your application, so we ask you to set it up once before your first application.
How will I know if a recruiter is interested?
You can track the status of every application from your dashboard. Statuses move from pending to reviewed, then accepted or rejected.
For recruiters
Why does my account need to be verified?
To protect drivers from fraudulent listings, our team verifies every recruiter before they can post jobs. Verification is usually completed within one business day.
How many jobs can I post?
Your active job limit depends on your subscription plan. You can view and change your plan anytime from the Subscription section of your dashboard.
Can I review applicants in one place?
Absolutely. Each job has an applicants view where you can read cover letters, view CVs and update each candidate's status.
For advertisers
What can I advertise on BaselineDriver?
Advertisers can promote relevant products and services to our professional driver audience through banner campaigns with a defined start and end date.
How do I track performance?
Your advertiser dashboard shows total clicks per campaign so you can measure engagement at a glance.
Account & billing
How do I reset my password?
Use the ‘Forgot password?’ link on the sign-in page and we'll email you a secure reset link.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your dashboard, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current period.
